Sweets Moments is an online gift business offering thoughtfully arranged gifts, flowers, chocolates, balloons, gift baskets, and special occasion surprises.

Our products are prepared for individual orders and delivered within selected areas of Indianapolis, Indiana.

We reserve the right to update our products, prices, availability, and services when necessary.

2. Orders and Purchases

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
You have reviewed the product description and delivery details.
You understand our preparation times and delivery conditions.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed by Sweets Moments.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order if a product is unavailable, delivery cannot be arranged, payment cannot be verified, or an unexpected issue prevents fulfillment.

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the canceled order.

3. Product Availability and Substitutions

Every Sweets Moments arrangement is thoughtfully prepared with attention to presentation, quality, and detail.

Product photographs are intended to represent the overall style and contents of each arrangement.

Due to seasonal availability and supplier inventory, certain flowers, colors, packaging materials, chocolates, or gift items may occasionally vary.

When necessary, we may substitute an unavailable item with a comparable product of similar or greater value while maintaining the overall design and quality of the arrangement.

If a significant substitution is required, we will attempt to contact the customer before proceeding.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are listed in United States dollars (USD).

Product prices do not include delivery charges or applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order enters preparation.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact the customer before proceeding with any additional charge.

5. Order Preparation

All orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice before the requested delivery date and time window.

This preparation period allows us to obtain materials, assemble each arrangement, and coordinate delivery.

Same-day and next-day delivery services are not currently available.

During holidays and periods of high demand, additional preparation time or limited delivery availability may apply.

6. Delivery Areas and Fees

Sweets Moments currently offers local delivery within selected ZIP codes in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Standard Local Delivery Fee: $14.99 per order.

Delivery eligibility is determined by the address and ZIP code entered during checkout.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when the delivery address falls outside our available service area.

Any applicable delivery charges and taxes will be displayed before purchase completion.

7. Delivery Schedule

Our regular delivery windows are:

Monday – Friday

4:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday

9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Customers may select an available delivery date and time window during checkout.

Delivery windows represent estimated arrival periods, not guaranteed arrival times.

Actual delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Delivery Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing:

A complete and accurate delivery address.
The recipient’s correct name.
A valid contact telephone number when requested.
Any relevant access codes, gate instructions, or delivery information.

If incorrect or incomplete information prevents successful delivery, additional charges may apply for a new delivery attempt.

9. Unattended Deliveries and Proof of Delivery

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the gift may be left at the front door or another safe, accessible location at the delivery address.

Our delivery driver will take a photograph documenting the completed delivery.

Once the gift has been placed at the designated location and photographic confirmation has been recorded, the order will generally be considered delivered.

If no reasonably safe or accessible location is available, we may contact the customer to arrange an alternative solution.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after a properly completed unattended delivery, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded or where the loss results from our own failure to exercise reasonable care.

Customers are encouraged to ensure the recipient can retrieve the gift promptly, particularly when arrangements contain temperature-sensitive or delicate items.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because many of our gifts are prepared specifically for each order, changes and cancellations may be limited once preparation has begun.

Requests will be reviewed according to the preparation status of the order, any materials already purchased, and applicable law.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

We take pride in preparing and delivering beautiful gifts.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a significant error, or does not reasonably match the purchased product description, please contact us promptly.

We may request photographs and order details to help investigate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement, correction, partial refund, or full refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
