Our Delivery Area
We currently offer local gift delivery within selected areas of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Delivery availability is automatically verified using the ZIP code provided during checkout.
Delivery Fee
Standard Local Delivery: $14.99
We offer a flat delivery rate of $14.99 for all eligible addresses within our delivery area.
Your delivery fee and any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Order Preparation & Advance Notice
Every Sweets Moments arrangement is carefully prepared to make your surprise truly special.
To ensure the highest quality, all orders must be placed at least 48 hours before the requested delivery date and time window.
We do not currently offer same-day or next-day delivery.
We recommend placing your order early, especially for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other special occasions.

All delivery times are approximate windows, not guaranteed arrival times. Actual arrival times may vary depending on traffic, weather, and delivery routes.
Scheduling Your Delivery
During checkout, you will be able to:
- Select your preferred delivery date.
- Choose an available delivery time window.
- Provide the recipient’s delivery address.
- Add any important delivery instructions.
Please ensure that all information is accurate before completing your order.
Delivery dates and time windows are subject to availability.
If the Recipient Is Not Available
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the gift will be carefully left at the front door or another safe, accessible location at the delivery address.
Our delivery driver will take a photograph of the delivered arrangement as proof of delivery.
Once the gift has been delivered and photographic confirmation has been recorded, the order will be considered successfully delivered.
Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and that the location is safe and accessible.
If no safe or accessible location is available, we will contact the customer to arrange the next steps.
